God knows the way: A new reason for an old hat

This is being written from the old home, for a new reason.

Initially I began this blog as an attempt to get into blogging in the first place. You see, the idea was, I would write blogs and make videos reviewing new technologies (and some old ones) as well as just share some basic thoughts.

This was all fine and good until I was reintroduced to an old friend.

For the second time in my life, I met Jesus.

Now some might simply say "that's great!" or "good work ol'chap!" etc., to which I of course am grateful. However, this is much more than just a visit from an old friend. This was an awakening.

I was given a new name, a name I use more often than not. Allow me to introduce you to it, as well as my new reasoning for blogging now:

Othniel - God's Lion, Gods strength.

This blog, as well as the rest of my known life will be used to serve Him and further His kingdom. He saved my life, He gave me life, and I will strive to honor this gift always.

So in other words, if you don't like hearing about God, hearing the truth about your life and what He gave you, feel free to navigate your cursor to your nearest address bar, head to google, and search for your nearest shrink. I'd suggest one specifically who deals with denial and maybe chronic lying, because what you will find here is my experiences, my walk and how I shall strive to follow Him always and ever.

John 15:15-27
15 No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.
17 These things I command you, so that you will love one another.
18 "If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.
19 If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.
20 Remember the word that I said to you: 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours.
21 But all these things they will do to you on account of my name, because they do not know him who sent me.
22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have been guilty of sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.
23 Whoever hates me hates my Father also.
24 If I had not done among them the works that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin, but now they have seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 But the word that is written in their Law must be fulfilled: 'They hated me without a cause.'
26 "But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.
27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with me from the beginning.

He is my friend. He is my brother. He is my Father. He is my king. He is my savior.

He is my life.

Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
